Like Kikjou posted, the best way to get rid of the files is to lock the “Flash Player” folder in the get info box.

Nice app. Just one annoyance:

It kills the terminal app. For instance, I have a terminal window up that I’m developing on, I run Flush and when it completes flushing, it kills the window I was using previously. Other than that, great app.
